January – Winter Readiness & Internal Systems

  • Replace HVAC filters in all zones.

  • Inspect under-sink plumbing and fittings for leaks or corrosion.

  • Test smoke and CO detectors; check Smart Home/Security integration.

February – Kitchen & Water Longevity

  • Check Water Filtration/Softener (Salt top-off, system health check).

  • Descale dishwasher and clean out drain filter.

  • Inspect faucet aerators. Clean/replace as needed (Hard water focus).

  • Inspect under all sinks for evidence of water issues/damage.

  • Calibrate refrigeration and wine cellar temperatures and check seals.

  • Inspect and test all smart home lighting/shades scene programming.

  • Condition high-end leather, wood, and stone surfaces (Combat dryness).

March – Pre-Cooling Prep & Exterior Systems
