Lumi collects Personal Identifiable Information (PII) necessary for service delivery, including: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, and Secure Access Information (e.g., Gate Codes, Alarm Codes). Financial Information (Credit Card Details) is processed exclusively through secure, encrypted, third-party PCI-compliant payment processors and is not stored on Lumi's servers.

II. Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  1. Service Provision: Scheduling, access, communication, and fulfillment of service requests.

  2. Billing: Processing subscription payments and one-off invoices.

  3. Security: Managing secure access to the property and account verification.

III. Data Security

Lumi is committed to protecting your data. We employ commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your PII and access information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Secure Access Information is stored separately from billing data.

IV. Sharing with Third Parties

Lumi does not sell, rent, or trade your PII to third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with trusted third parties necessary to provide our service (e.g., payment processors, scheduling software, and, with your explicit consent, vetted licensed contractors for referral purposes).

V. Client Rights

Clients have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their PII, subject to Lumi's necessity to retain certain information for legal, accounting, and security purposes.
